How to find your model number
It is on a label. Check these spots, in this order.
- 1On your water system. A label on the side, back or front panel of the unit under the sink or on the counter, like G3P600.
- 2On your old filter. The number printed on the cartridge works too.
- 3Inside your fridge. A sticker on a side wall near the top shelf, on the ceiling near the light, or behind the crisper drawers.
Change your filter on time. Without thinking about it.
Filters are easy to forget. Subscribe on a replacement filter and you pay 10% less. When the next one is due, we email you a link to reorder it at the same price. Nothing is charged until you place that order.

Genuine, compatible and counterfeit filters
Three kinds of filters are sold online. Here is what each one is, and what we sell.
Sold under the fridge or system brand name. If you own a Waterdrop system, Waterdrop filters are the genuine ones for it. For other brands, we do not sell their own filters.
Every item is made by Waterdrop. Our fridge filters are compatible replacements built to fit the same housing, not parts made by the fridge brand. Each one lists the certifications Waterdrop states.
Made to look like a genuine part, with copied logos and boxes. Hard to spot from photos. Be careful with "genuine" filters at a price that seems too low.
- Find the exact standard on the box.
- Look it up in the certifier's public listing.
- Buy from a seller who names the maker.
Plain answers about water filters
Will this filter fit my system or fridge?
Search the model of your system, your fridge or the number on your old filter. A filter shows up as a fit only when Waterdrop lists that model for it. Each product page lists the models it fits.
Who makes your filters?
Waterdrop makes every filter and system we sell, and ships it to you. We pick the products, check the fit data and answer your questions. We are an independent store, not part of Waterdrop.
What is each filter certified for?
Each product page shows the certification statements Waterdrop gives for that product, word for word. When Waterdrop states none, we say so. You can look up a certification in the certifier's public listing.
How often should I change my filter?
It depends on the filter. Each product page shows Waterdrop's change interval when it states one. Our guide has the typical ranges.
How does subscribe and save work?
Pick how often. You pay 10% less on that filter now. About 7 days before the next one is due, we email you a link to reorder it at the same 10% off. Nothing is charged until you place that order. Skip, change or cancel from any reminder email.
What if it does not fit?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our return policy.
Are you part of my fridge or filter brand?
No. We are an independent store. Brand names and part numbers are used only to show fit.
